All prescription medicines dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Filey are issued following an online consultation reviewed and approved by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription.
Prescriptions are issued solely at our clinical team's discretion. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. We may request additional information or decline to prescribe where clinically appropriate.

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order will be honoured for that transaction. If your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary depending on courier availability and circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in appropriate conditions to maintain their integrity during transit.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been approved and your medication has been dispensed or dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in line with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription medicines from the standard 14-day right to cancel.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
