Pharmacy Weight Loss Filey is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Filey and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online health consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where our clinical team determines it is not appropriate or safe to do so.
Our weight loss services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions. Full eligibility criteria are assessed during your consultation. Providing false or misleading health information may result in serious harm and termination of your account.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our qualified prescribers. A valid prescription must be in place before any prescription-only medicine is dispensed. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribers.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the duration specified on the prescription. We do not accept prescriptions issued by other providers unless expressly agreed. Our pharmacy team may contact you for additional information before dispensing your medication.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include the cost of consultation, prescription (where applicable), and medication. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the postal or courier service selected. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure a correct and secure delivery address is provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication prepared or dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to legal restrictions on the return of prescription medicines.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
